 Bernie
lives on the West Coast of Canada, Vancouver Island, with
his wife and two boys. He holds a diploma of photography,
a German Joinery ticket and also brings with him his extensive
expertise in exclusive single-family home construction in
Whistler BC. The search of high-end windows for one 5000 sq
foot homes sparked the start of T&T Windows.
After 16 years in construction, he is President of T&T
Windows North America Ltd. Bernie’s vision is to build
a satisfied and repeat customer base and to grow T&T Windows
into a strong and prosperous enterprise.

Klaus
Grosse, a 59 +… year old Civil Engineer, is the co-owner
and Vice President of T&T Windows. He adds a life long
experience in construction to the company. Being self-employed
for over 35 years, Klaus has the necessary amount of entrepreneurship
and motivation to inspire the whole team. He has been happily
married for 40 years, loves sailing, good food and working
with the family. (wife Gundi / office administration, son
Bernie / co-owner, daughter Eva / quotations).
His strong accent leaves no question open. |

Alaska, with Dani, his wife of over 30 years. They are the
proud parents of two grown daughters.
Steve has 29 years of experience in the window industry.
He has worked as a glazier, estimator and in glass wholesale.
He has owned his own glass business and is now a project
manager with Alaska Glass and Door. His experience in the
window industry makes it easy for him to work with architects
and builders on even the most challenging projects. Steve
also has a bachelor's degree and is a Naval Vietnam Veteran.
In his spare time he enjoys music and teaching in his church.
Steve is also an avid fisherman who loves the great outdoors.

Rina is originally from Sofia, Bulgaria. After completing her degree of architecture at the University of Sofia, she moved to Stuttgart Germany to work in various offices and pursue further studies at the University of Stuttgart. She has over 15 years of architectural experience.
After living in the USA, Rina, her husband and their daughter returned last year to Kensington, across the Bay from San Francisco after spending several years in Stuttgart Germany. While living in Europe, Rina acquired a vast working knowledge of European architectural detailing. A desire to find high quality of European windows in the United States led her to T&T Windows, where she eventually expressed a great interest in becoming one of our representatives.
Rina is also experienced in forming international bilateral business relations. She speaks Bulgarian, German and English fluently. Rina enjoys traveling and researching the society, culture and architecture of great cities.

Stefan is a journeyman joiner that visited Vail on a pursuit for the ultimate ski run. What he found was a wife and so he made the valley his permanent home. His past few years have been spent building cabinets and finishing high end homes. The search for high end windows and doors brought him back to his routs, an Austrian manufacturer.
Stefan, now a father of 2, has enjoyed the outdoors of Colorado for the past 16 years and loves playing music when he has time.
